Zac’s traumatic bite resulted in the lower front teeth hitting the gum tissues behind the upper front teeth, making eating anything very painful. Treatment consisted of wearing an upper removable plate for 12 months. The space created between the lower incisors and the palatal tissues can be clearly seen in the after photograph.
