Right side cross bite with midline shift

A narrow upper jaw has resulted in a right side cross bite between the back teeth. There is also a lower jaw slide to the right resulting in the upper and lower dental midlines being misaligned. The Quad helix appliance has removed both the cross bite and the lower jaw slide, and the midline are now aligned.
